The MP5 is obviously slower in the newer one and way faster in the older one, for Me, it sounds like a heavy machine gun in the newer one and an actual SMG in the older one The crowbar is weaker since they nerfed it (This is true because I tested it out and it killed headcrabs in 1 hit in the very first version whereas in the newer one it takes 2 hits)ĥ. There is a bhop restriction so I can't go over 544 speed (I think that is the restriction) anyways moving onĤ.
The Viewroll is also gone, but I'm pretty sure it was still in the game before 1.1.X.X so I don't knowģ. If your game exits to the desktop that's probably due to compatibility issues, try using VirtualBox using the Windows 98 version, If you play in fullscreen the game will not exit to the desktop (this is probably because in the Windows 10 version the resolution gets stretched)Ģ. This is probably the best game ever since it's titled Game of The Year, after all, anyways I'm using this version only for custom games since playing Half-Life WON in the newer version (1.1.1.2) has destroyed some nostalgia, I also recommend reading this before reading below.
